As an alternative to face-to-face interpreting, we encourage service providers to utilize our Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) or Phone Interpreting service to communicate important information with your patient/clients. CLC VRI allows providers to have virtual face-to-face interaction with qualified interpreters while still receiving the same quality interpretation as the on-site interpreters.
