Pay for Interpretation/Translation Services

Colorado Language Connection (CLC) provides secure methods to manage your payment online 24/7 from any computer, tablet, or smartphone. We understand that paying health care bills can be confusing.

 

When using the below link and paying your bill, CLC does not retain information such as payment methods. This payment link is solely for collection of payment for services through Colorado Language Connection.

 

If you need additional assistance or have questions about your statement, please email CLC@AuroraMHR.org.

Instructions:​

  1. CLICK HERE to access Online Bill Pay

  2. Review your Billing Statement to complete Required Fields. (See below for instructions on how to complete each required field)

Required Fields:

  • Client ID: Enter Invoice Number located on top right of Invoice

  • Last Name: Use Client Name located on your Billing Statement  (N/A for Businesses/Organizations)

  • First Name: Use client name located on your Billing Statement (Enter Company/Entity Name if applicable)

  • Date of Service: Provided on Customer Invoice (If unknown enter N/A)

  • Complete credit card information

  • Specify Payment Amount

  • Click: SUBMIT PAYMENT

 

Once your payment has been submitted, please allow 3-4 business days for the payment to be processed. If you have any questions, please email CLC@AuroraMHR.org.

  2. After you click Online Bill Pay link, a webpage containing the Required Fields below will be displayed.  Please see below for instructions on how to complete each required field. 

 

Required Fields:

  • Select a Provider | Location*: Select Colorado Language Connection 

  • Client ID: Write in N/A​

  • Last Name: Participant's Last Name 

  • First Name: Participant's First Name

  • Date of Service:

    • For Bridging the Gap training course, write in Date of Bridging the Gap Training

      • [Example: July 2023: 24, 25, 26, 27, 28]

    • For Language Proficiency Assessment, write in your requested Date and Time of your appointment

      • ​[Example: 07/08/23 at 9 am]

    • For CLC Workshop for Interpreter Training Series, write in the Date of the Workshop

      • ​[Example: 09/14/23]

  • Description of Services:

    • For Bridging the Gap training course, write in Bridging the Gap month-year of training 

      • [Example: Bridging the Gap 64-hour October 2023]

    • For Language Proficiency Assessment, write in Language Proficiency Assessment Language.

      • [Example: Language Proficiency Assessment Spanish]

    • For CLC Workshop for Interpreter Training Series, write in Workshop Title

      • [Example: Unidos en la Salud Mental, United in Mental Health]

  • Email Address: Enter participant's valid email address for registration confirmation ​

  • Complete credit card information

  • Specify Payment Amount

  • Click: SUBMIT PAYMENT
